Registration opens: 1.11.2026

Registration closes: Entries open 1 November – 15 December 2026, or until the show is full.

Entries should primarily be submitted via the Omakissa system. Exhibition fees are due immediately upon entry. Unpaid entries will be removed. URK reserves the right to deny participation in future shows to exhibitors who fail to pay their entry fees.

If entry through Omakissa is not possible, entries may be submitted using the domestic show entry form (PDF) and emailed to show@urk.fi. A separate form must be completed for each exhibition day. Late or incomplete entries may be rejected.

For entries submitted by form, the completed form must reach the Show Secretary by email before the show is full. Show fees for form entries must be paid to URK’s bank account:

A copy of the payment receipt must be attached to the entry.

A separate entry must be submitted for each class. For example, if your cat is entered in both regular judging and the veteran class, a separate entry must be submitted for each.

The exhibition fee includes prizes such as rosettes.

A digital version of the exhibition catalogue will be available to exhibitors.

If you would like your own printed catalogue, you may purchase one through Omakissa during entry for €5. Catalogues will not be sold at the venue.

After 15 December 2026, only colour and class changes will be accepted. Changes should be emailed to show@urk.fi.

Stewards can send their applications to Chief Steward Pertti Tykki, perttitykki@gmail.com. Stewards will receive compensation.
