URK 82. and 83. International Cat Shows
Pyjama party themed double certificate show, on Saturday categories 1, 4 and housecats, on Sunday categories 2 and 3. We hope that our show theme is visible in exhibitors’ outfits and cage decorations!

Registration closes: 31.8.2026 or when the show is full
SHOW FEES
• URK members 44 € one show, 78 € both shows (same cat is registered to both shows)
• Other FIFe club members 46 € one show, 86 € both shows (same cat is registered to both shows)
• Non-FIFe exhibitors 60 € / show
• Veteran class 25 € with regular judging, only veteran class standard show fee
• Classes 13a-13c 20 €
• Breeding and offspring classes are free with regular judging, otherwise standard show fee
• Show catalogue 5 € (both days)
• Companion cat 10 € (not own cage)
The payment for both shows is per cat! The show fees includes prizes, for example certification and title rosettes.
Own show registration to both same day’s shows need to be done and show fees must be paid straight away. Unpaid show registrations will be deleted.
Only color and class changes are possible after 31st of August 2026. All changes to the show secretary show@urk.fi.
Show information
Vaccinations and veterinary control
All cats need to have valid vaccinations and vaccination certificates will be checked for all cats. All cats must have microchip. Cat’s official name and microchip number must be on the vaccination certificate. We follow the rules of Suomen Kissaliitto and FIFe in this show.
Veterinary control is done by random sample. If the cat doesn’t pass the veterinary control, it needs to be removed from the show venue.
Cages
Cage size is 65 x 65 x 56 cm. Minimum show cage size is 50 x 50 x 50 cm.
Hygiene
We follow the hygiene instructions of Suomen Kissaliitto. Please clean your own mess!
The show schedule
Judging begins at 9.45 on both day. The Best In Show panel is cageless.
Stewards
Stewards can send their applications to the chief steward Päivi Kilpeläinen by e-mail paivi@urk.fi. Stewards will receive a reward.
Show catalogue
The electronic catalogue will be published in the show morning. If you wish to have a printed catalogue, it needs to be purchased and paid (5 €) in Omakissa when entering the cat in to the show.
Parking
There are parking spaces near the show venue. Please park your car respecting others.
Outdoor shoes
No outdoor shoes are allowed at the show venue. Please use indoor shoes, sandals or woolen socks in the show venue.
